SHIPPING & RETURNS

If you change your mind about your purchase, Epsilon Jewels will offer a gift card to the amount of 110% of your purchase or a refund of 100%, excluding the shipping costs that Epsilon Jewels has already incurred.

All returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your piece. To organise a return, please email our customer care team at indulge@epsilonthebrand.com to obtain a return authorisation number. Please allow 7 days for your return to be processed once received. Epsilon Jewels will not accept any pieces when:

  • A piece is not returned in its original condition: has been worn, scratched, damaged or is not in its original packaging. 
  • If the piece is earrings, due to health and sanitary reasons we cannot accept returns on earrings
  • If the item is returned outside of the time frame stated above which is 14 days from purchase
  • Strictly no cancellation of orders that are in our pre-ordered range
  • No refunds on sale products
  • They have been tarnished by Perfume, Moisturisers or Sunblock 

Please note if you notice that the gold plating on your items are wearing once received please capture images of the wear and send immediately to hello@epsilonjewels.com. Note: we will only accept any damaged or items that are wearing incorrectly within one month of receiving. Please refer to our care instructions on how to correctly look after and store your pieces.
